NEW OPENING HOURS

From 24th November 2005, extended opening hours are introduced. Please see Summer Opening Hours, and Winter Opening Hours for the new hours for the bars and restaurant, at different times of the year.
Note that these hours may be extended for Functions and Parties, by prior arrangement.

SUNDAY LUNCHES

We would prefer it if diners would book early for Sunday Lunch, to ensure availability.

MUSICIANS - JAMMING/PRACTICE SESSIONS

Our facilities are made available every Wednesday, from 7.30pm, for musicians from all styles to meet socially and practice together. Please just call in on a Wednesday, or phone for further details.
If you prefer, just come along and support those practicing.

AMMAN VALLEY SUMMER MINI QUIZ LEAGUE

We will be entering a team into this mini league which takes place during April & May 2008. Quizzes take place on Sunday evenings at 8pm. All participating teams meet at the one venue each Sunday, as shown. Anyone interested in taking part, please contact us, or just turn up to support the event.

Please note that normal pub quizzes will still take place on Monday evenings as usual.

POKER TOURNAMENT

We will be holding Poker Tournaments on Friday evenings, commencing at 8.30pm (players to declare by 8.00pm). Please check in pub or phone to find out when tournaments are being held.
The tournament will be based on the popular Texas Holdem rules. Entry fee will be £5 per player, with a maximum of 20 players, producing potential prize money of £100. The entry fee will be converted into chips, and it will not cost you any more to play all night. Places for play may be reserved in advance by payment of entry fee during opening hours.
Please see rules displayed in pub for tournament organisation and conduct of play. The general rules of Texas Holdem are also displayed for those unsure of the rules. It is a fairly easy game to learn, but challenging to master!!
